Fixed rental (lease) payment for whole period of use
Saves time, makes processes easier, gives security and control over fleet
- Management of technical maintenances, repairs and services
By contacting AVIS service centre customer receives technical support and can order technical maintenances, repairs and order other services.
- Invoice management
Complete administration of incoming invoices from technical suppliers: checking the invoices accuracy (checking the correspondence of ordered job and price for it), provision of an aggregate invoice on a monthly basis for whole fleet and for additional services
- Mileage control
AVIS provides mileage control by monitoring actual mileage of the vehicle and its conformity to planned mileage according to contract. If there is a deviation in actual mileage from planned mileage, then AVIS at its discretion informs customer and suggests a solution accordingly. Mileage control is done based on invoices for services provided to vehicles and/or using GPS system if such installed
- Spare key management
AVIS stores and when necessary hands out additional (spare) set of keys
- Fuel card administration
AVIS provide fuel cards , pays for the fuel and issues the invoice to customer on monthly basis. Detailed monthly reports are attached also.
AVIS provides and administrates purchase of vehicle and its registration according to state requirements
AVIS does organization and administration of return of the vehicle to dealer (at the end of contract period) representing customers interests
AVIS provides full package of insurance services according to customers needs
- Traffic insurance (mandatory)
Traffic insurance of the whole period of use
- CASCO insurance
AVIS administrates insurance policies and provides vehicles with valid TPL and CASCO insurance throughout the whole period of use. AVIS provides administration of insurance cases from the moment of an accident until vehicle is repaired and returned for usage. AVIS provides all necessary documentation, organizes repair works and represents customer in communication with authorities and services
- Administration of insurances and accident management
AVIS administrates insurance policies and provides vehicles with valid TPL and CASCO insurance throughout the whole period of use. AVIS provides administration of insurance cases from the moment of an accident until vehicle is repaired and returned for usage. AVIS provides all necessary documentation, organizes repair works and represents customer in communication with authorities and services
- Replacement car package 1
Replacement vehicle for unlimited number of days for periods, where contractual vehicle cannot be used due to unanticipated repairs. Replacement vehicle is not linked to specific vehicle group and will be chosen by AVIS. In Riga, in case of accidents AVIS service centre will deliver the replacement vehicle to agreed location for the customer. Replacement vehicle will be delivered to the customer within 24h after receiving the request from the customer. Maximum usage period of replacement vehicle is 30 days per case. Unanticipated repairs include sudden technical breakdown of vehicle or damages caused by insurance case. (Except breakdowns, which are caused due to misuse of vehicle)
- Replacement car package 2
Replacement vehicle for unlimited number of days for periods, where contractual vehicle cannot be used due to unanticipated repairs. Replacement vehicle is comparable to contractual vehicle. In Tallinn, Pärnu, Jõhvi and Tartu in case of accidents AVIS service centre will deliver the replacement vehicle to agreed location for the customer . Replacement vehicle will be delivered to the customer within 24h after receiving the request from the customer. Maximum usage period of replacement vehicle is 30 days per case. Unanticipated repairs include sudden technical breakdown of vehicle or damages caused by insurance case. (Except breakdowns, which are caused due to misuse of vehicle)
AVIS provides performing of obligatory technical inspection
- Administration and organization of obligatory technical inspection
AVIS administrates obligatory inspection and dates when inspection needs to be done and informs customer accordingly.
- Costs of mandatory technical inspection
Costs related to regular obligatory technical inspection are included in the monthly payment according state requirements. (in Latvia – includes vehicle exploitation tax)
- Winter and summer tyres for whole period of use
The cost of anumber of sets of winter and/or summer tyres fixed on the front page of the contract is included in the monthly lease payment. AVIS provides corresponding tyres for whole period of usage according to normal wear and planned mileage
- Tyre storage and checking of condition
AVIS provides storage of non seasonal tyres until next season. Customer is informed about condition and wear of tyres, and also AVIS gives advice on choosing appropriate tyres
- Tyre mounting and balancing
AVIS provides mounting and balancing of tyres 2 times per year. Client’s authorised person or each driver ( according to agreed conditions) will be informed about start date of tyres changing period and service providing time is agreed by contacting AVIS service centre
AVIS provides regular technical maintenances according to instructions given by manufacturer of the vehicle.
- Cost of regular technical maintenance
Costs of regular technical maintenances according to instructions given by manufacturer of the vehicle for whole period of use according to planned mileage are included in the leasing payment
- Control of vehicle condition
AVIS provides control of technical condition of vehicle by collecting information given by performers of services or repairs and informs customer as agreed accordingly
- Normal wear and tear repairs
AVIS provides repairs according to normal natural tear and wear
- Service costs according to normal wear and tear
Costs of repairs, what are not included in technical maintenances according to instructions of manufacturer, but have to be done according to normal wear and tear for whole period of usage according to planned mileage (such as, brake pads, brake discs, bearings, bushings, wiper blades, light bulbs(halogen), steering rod ends, track control arms, ball joints, fuel filters, air filters, oil filters)
AVIS service center employee and/or authorized representative picks up the vehicle from the customer and delivers it back after the agreed-upon services have been performed (including regular technical maintenance (once a year), tire change (twice a year), technical inspection). Door-to-door service (vehicle placement) must be pre-ordered and applies only to the described services included in the contract or as specified on the Contract Cover Page. AVIS provides door-to-door service in the largest cities in Estonia, including Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Jõhvi, Paide, Rakvere. For all cases outside the standard, additional mileage charges apply.
An AVIS Service Centre employee and/or an authorised representative will collect the vehicle from the customer’s premises and deliver it back to the customer after the agreed services have been performed (i.e. regular maintenance, tyre change, obligatory inspection, car repair, vehicle wash, car warranty work at the dealership).
The PRO door-to-door service (vehicle placement) must be ordered in advance and only extends to the services described in the contract or as described on the Contract’s Front Page.
AVIS provides the door-to-door PRO service only within the Harju County.
All non-standard cases are subject to a special charge for mileage and time. The door-to-door Pro service is limited to 10 (ten) units per case, i.e. per calendar year.
AVIS provides car wash and/or cleaning at Ideal Auto.
AVIS provides a parking place near airport (Riga,Vilnius,Tallinn). This service has to be ordered in advance, and also customer can order other services (such as, car wash, tyre change, regular technical maintenance and others) when car is left at the airport
AVIS provides GPS system mounting and administration from AVIS partners
his service is provided to clients who have ordered vehicles and require the vehicle while waiting on new ordered car to arrive. Predelivery cars are available from AVIS short term rental fleet.
AVIS lease customer receives special offers and conditions (discounts) for AVIS short term rental services locally and worldwide
