Managing your fleet of vehicles saves you time and makes processes simple and convenient.
- Management of technical maintenance, repairs and services
We take care of the administration and organisation of regular maintenance, repairs and other services. Our service centre offers technical support, with a full range of vehicle services able to be ordered by e-mailing info@avis.ee
- Invoice management
Administration of vehicle-related invoices: checking the content of invoices (conformity of work ordered and prices charged) and generating a monthly consolidated invoice for the entire fleet.
- Mileage control
We carry out mileage checks by monitoring the actual mileage of vehicles and its compliance with the contract. As a rule, if the actual mileage differs from that planned, we inform you and propose a solution. Information on mileage is based on maintenance invoices and/or the GPS system, if one is installed in the vehicle(s) in question.
- Management of replacement keys
We retain and, when needed, provide clients with replacement keys for vehicles.
- Fuel card management
Through us you can order fuel cards, for which we charge you according to the actual amount of fuel used, adding this amount to your consolidated invoice.
We can organise, on your behalf, every step involved in buying a vehicle, including its registration with the Transport Administration.
We can organise, on your behalf, all of the arrangements for returning vehicles.
We offer a comprehensive insurance solution for the entire contract period.
- Administration of insurance and claims handling
We administer insurance policies and ensure that vehicles are covered by motor and comprehensive insurance for the whole time they are in use. We handle claims from their initial registration to the restoration of the vehicle. Our claims handling includes all necessary documentation and repairs.
Replacement vehicle package 1
A replacement vehicle for the period when the original vehicle cannot be used due to emergency repairs lasting more than one working day. The choice of vehicle is made by us and is not determined by a particular category of vehicles. If a door-to-door service is available, we deliver the replacement vehicle to the location agreed in the contract. The vehicle can be picked up at the location specified by us.
Replacement vehicle package 2
A replacement vehicle for the period when the original vehicle cannot be used due to emergency repairs lasting more than one working day. The replacement vehicle is as similar as possible to the original vehicle. If a door-to-door service is available, we deliver the replacement vehicle to the agreed location. The vehicle can be picked up at the location specified by us.
We organise the regular roadworthiness testing of vehicles.
- Administration and organisation of regular roadworthiness testing
We ensure that vehicles are tested for roadworthiness when required and inform clients when their vehicles are due for such testing. We refer clients to our AVIS vehicle roadworthiness testing partners.
- Cost of regular roadworthiness testing
The cost of regular roadworthiness testing is included in the monthly fee.
- Winter and summer tyres
Depending on the contract, winter and/or summer tyres may be included in the monthly fee. We guarantee season-appropriate tyres for the entire period of use.
- Tyre storage and checks
We ensure proper tyre storage, informing the client of the condition of the tyres and their degree of wear when taking the tyres in for storage, and advising clients on the choice of tyres.
- Changing and balancing of tyres
We organise the seasonal changing and balancing of tyres twice a year. We inform clients and other designated contact persons when the tyre-changing season opens. To book a time to have a vehicle’s tyres changed, call +372 667 1505 or e-mail info@avis.ee.
We organise the regular maintenance of your vehicle
- Cost of regular maintenance
The cost of regular maintenance according to the agreed mileage is included in the monthly fee.
- Checking the technical condition of a vehicle
We organise the technical inspection of vehicles, gathering the relevant information from those carrying out the maintenance or repairs and passing it on to the client.
We organise repairs according to normal wear and tear.
- Cost of repairs due to normal wear and tear
The cost of repairs not included in regular maintenance but which correspond to normal wear and tear (brake pads and discs, windscreen wiper blades, light bulbs, etc.) is included in the monthly fee for the entire period of use in accordance with the planned mileage.
Either we ourselves or our authorised representative collect the vehicle from the client and return it to them once the agreed services have been performed, including regular maintenance (once a year), change of tyres (twice a year) and roadworthiness testing. The door-to-door drop-off and pick-up service must be ordered in advance. We provide this service in Estonia’s biggest towns and cities, including Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Jõhvi, Paide and Rakvere. The door-to-door drop-off and pick-up PRO service must be ordered in advance. We only provide this service within Harju County. The door-to-door PRO service can be ordered up to 10 times per calendar year on a case-by-case basis.
We offer vehicle washing and/or interior detailing services in cooperation with Ideal Auto.
We guarantee you a parking space in a car park close to the airports in Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius. This service must be booked in advance, and the client has the option to book other services (e.g. vehicle washing, change of tyres and regular maintenance) to be performed while their vehicle is at the airport.
If necessary, we can install a GPS system in the client’s vehicle.
This service is provided to clients who have ordered a vehicle that has not yet arrived but who need to get around on a day-to-day basis. Until the vehicle they ordered arrives, they can choose a replacement vehicle from the AVIS rental fleet for an additional fee.
Full-service clients receive discounts and special offers on short-term vehicle hire in Estonia and elsewhere in the world.
