Fixed lease payments for the entire period of use

Saves time, simplifies processes and gives you a sense of security and control over your fleet.

  • Management of technical maintenance, repairs and services

AVIS administers and organises regular maintenance, repairs and other services. The AVIS Service Centre offers technical support and customers can book service and repair appointments and order other services.

  • Invoice management

Comprehensive administration of vehicle purchase invoices: checking the content of the invoices (checking the conformity of the works ordered and the prices) and the preparation of a single monthly summary invoice for the entire fleet.

  • Mileage control

AVIS carries out mileage checks by monitoring the actual mileage of the vehicle and its compliance with the planned mileage in the contract. If the actual mileage differs from the planned mileage, AVIS may, at its option, inform the customer and propose possible solutions. The mileage information is based on the maintenance invoices and/or GPS system, if installed on the vehicle.

  • Management of the host

AVIS will store and, if necessary, make available a vehicle’s vehicle emergency kit.

  • Fuel card management

AVIS orders the fuel cards, pays for the fuel consumed, and bills the customer monthly for the fuel consumed.

AVIS handles all the procedures related to the purchase of a vehicle and its registration in accordance with national requirements.

AVIS will arrange all the arrangements for the return of the vehicle to the dealer (at the end of the contract period), representing the customer’s interests.

AVIS will provide a comprehensive insurance package with the services according to the contract.

Motor insurance for the entire period of use

  • Hull insurance

Hull insurance for the whole period of use. Insurance conditions are negotiated according to the needs of the client

  • Insurance administration and claims handling

AVIS administers the insurance policies and ensures that the vehicles are covered by valid motor and comprehensive insurance throughout their period of use. AVIS carries out a comprehensive damage assessment, from the registration of the damage to the restoration of the vehicle to its pre-accident condition. The damage assessment will include drawing up the necessary documents and arranging for repairs.

  • Replacement car package 1

Replacement car for the period when the contracted vehicle cannot be used due to emergency repairs lasting more than 1 working day. The vehicle to be used as a replacement vehicle is not defined by a specific vehicle group and will be selected by AVIS. “If a door-to-door service is available, the AVIS service team will deliver the replacement car to the customer at the agreed location. In the other case, the customer will receive the replacement car at the location designated by the AVIS service team.

  • Replacement car package 2

Replacement car for the period when the contracted vehicle cannot be used due to emergency repairs lasting more than 1 working day. The replacement vehicle shall, as far as possible, be equivalent to the contract vehicle. “If a door-to-door service is available, the AVIS service team will deliver the replacement car to the customer at the agreed location. In the other case, the customer will receive the replacement car at the location designated by the AVIS service team.

AVIS organises the regular roadworthiness test.

  • Administering and organising regular roadworthiness tests

AVIS administers the validity dates for periodic roadworthiness tests and keeps track of when a periodic roadworthiness test is due and informs the customer accordingly.

  • Cost of a periodic roadworthiness test

The cost of a regular roadworthiness test is included in the monthly lease payment.

  • Winter and summer tyres for the period of use according to the contract

The cost of X number of sets of winter and/or summer tyres fixed on the front page of the contract is included in the monthly lease payment. AVIS will provide seasonally appropriate tyres for the entire period of use according to normal wear and tear and the planned mileage, if the Contract so provides.

  • Tyre storage and condition checks

AVIS will ensure the storage of tyres and the customer will be informed about the condition of the tyres to be stored and the degree of wear, and will be advised on the selection of suitable tyres.

  • Tyre rotation and balancing

AVIS organises seasonal tyre rotation and balancing twice a year. The person designated by the customer or all vehicle users (according to the agreed terms) will be informed of the start of the tyre changing season and the AVIS Service Centre must be contacted to arrange the time of the service.

AVIS will arrange for the vehicle to be serviced regularly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

  • Cost of regular technical maintenance

The cost of regular maintenance of the vehicle for the entire period of use, according to the manufacturer’s instructions and the agreed mileage, is included in the monthly lease payment.

  • Vehicle condition check

AVIS will carry out a vehicle technical condition check and collect the relevant information from the maintenance or repair provider and inform the customer as agreed.

  • Repairs according to normal wear and tear

AVIS will carry out repairs according to normal wear and tear.

  • Cost of repairs corresponding to normal wear and tear

The cost of repairs (brake pads, brake discs, dashboard brushes, light bulbs) not included in regular maintenance but which are normal wear and tear is included in the monthly lease payment for the entire period of use according to the planned mileage.

The AVIS Service Centre employee and/or authorised representative collects the vehicle from the customer’s premises and delivers it back to the customer after the agreed services have been performed (i.e. regular maintenance (once a year), tyre change (twice a year), roadworthiness test). The door-to-door service (vehicle placement) must be ordered in advance and only extends to the services described in the Contract or as described on the Contract’s Front Page. AVIS provides door-to-door service in the largest cities of Estonia, including Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Jõhvi, Paide, Rakvere. All non-standard cases will be subject to a mileage charge.

An AVIS Service Centre employee and/or an authorised representative will collect the vehicle from the customer’s premises and deliver it back to the customer after the agreed services have been performed (i.e. regular maintenance, tyre change, roadworthiness test, car repair, vehicle wash, car warranty work at the dealership). The PRO door-to-door service (vehicle placement) must be ordered in advance and only extends to the services described in the contract or as described on the Contract’s Front Page. AVIS provides the door-to-door PRO service only within the Harju County. All non-standard cases are subject to a special charge for mileage and time. The door-to-door Pro service is limited to 10 (ten) units per case, i.e. per calendar year.

AVIS offers exterior and/or interior cleaning services for Ideal Autos.

AVIS will provide a parking space in a car park near the airport (Riga, Vilnius, Tallinn). The service must be booked in advance and the customer has the option to book other services (e.g. vehicle wash, tyre change, regular maintenance, etc.) during this period when leaving the vehicle at the airport.

AVIS organises the installation and administration of the GPS system in cooperation with its partners.

This service is provided to customers who have ordered a vehicle and are waiting for it, but who also need a vehicle until the ordered vehicle arrives. Pre-lease vehicles can be picked up from the AVIS short term rental fleet for an additional fee.

AVIS Liising customers receive special offers and discounts on short term vehicle leases both domestically and worldwide.
