How do I register for Avis Now?

It only takes a few minutes to set up an account! First, you need to download the Avis Now app from the App Store or Google Play, and then you can provide the necessary information and register your account. To use the service, you will need to add a valid payment card and a driving licence to rent a car.

How to add a driving licence?

To add a driving licence, select “My profile” from the menu and “Upload driving licence”. Follow the instructions and your licence will be checked in a few minutes.

How to add/remove a payment card?

To add a payment card, select “My Account” from the menu and “Add/Modify payment card”. To check the functionality of your payment card, we will deduct 50 cents from it. The amount will be added to your Avis Now account and you can use it as an advance on your next rental.

You can remove the card by selecting “Delete payment card” from “My profile” in the app. Remember that you can only remove your card from the app if you have no debts on your account.

Always check that you have chosen the right payment method before you start your rental. Once a journey has started, it cannot be changed later or settled by another payment method.

How to use the Avis Now app?

Open the Avis Now app and select “rent” from the bottom. The map shows all locations.

Car rental is by reservation. Choose the right rental point and period. The start and end points are the same and the rental period ranges from 30 minutes to 21 days. Then click on “Show available vehicles”. For cars, the price for the selected period is displayed. The price of the distance will be added at the end of the rental according to the kilometres driven. Once you’ve found a suitable car, check the rental details and confirm your booking by clicking “book and pay”. You can unlock the car doors from the app 10 minutes before the start of your booking. Before you drive, make sure the car has no new damage.

At the end of the rental, park your car in the same place where you started – each vehicle has its own dedicated parking space. Once you’ve parked your car, leave the keys in the car and press “Stop rental” in the app. The car doors lock automatically. Finally, take a picture of the parked car and rate your Avis Now rental experience. If your car has any problems or needs cleaning, leave us a comment and we’ll take care of it.

How old can I start using Avis Now services?

You must be at least 21 years old to use a car.

How to add a promotional code?

You can add a discount code under “My account”. If the promotion code is not accepted by the app, make sure that the promo code is not expired, that it complies with the campaign requirements and that there are no misspellings. However, if you are still unable to use the promo code, send us a screenshot of the problem to info@avisnow.eu.

How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking by calling our customer support number +372 605 1144. In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee of €3 will apply.

Where can I park my car?

To end your journey, you must park your car in the same place where you started – each vehicle has its own parking space. During the period of use of the car, the car may be parked where parking is allowed. Follow local traffic and parking rules. In pay zones or private parking areas, the driver must pay for this independently. If necessary, you can use the parking bell in your car.

Your car is running out of fuel. Where can I refuel my car?

Refuelling your car is free of charge and you can do it at the nearest Circle K station. You can find the fuel card under the sunshade in the cabin. The PIN code can be issued by our customer support by calling +372 605 1144. Fuel card If you are not sure what fuel your car uses, every car has a sticker on the top of the tank.

I discovered that the car was damaged. What to do?

If the damage is not marked with a sticker, take pictures and send them to info@avisnow.eu.

Which cars are available?

Toyota Corolla, Škoda Scala, Toyota Yaris Cross, BMW 1. series and Peugeot 308 models. All cars are new and well equipped.

How is the service paid/settled?

To use the services, a valid credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard) must be added to the account. To add a payment card, select “My Account” from the menu and “Add/Modify payment card”. The payment card will be debited with 50 cents to check its functionality. The amount will be added to your Avis Now account and you can use it as a deposit for your next trip. You can also add more than one card.

The car booking is confirmed by a deposit for the rental period selected. At the end of the rental period, the price of the discount will be added according to the number of kilometres driven and the price of the excess time over the rental period of the booking, according to the price list.

You will be sent two invoices for the rental – the first one at the time of booking and the second one at the end of the rental. Invoices are sent automatically by e-mail. In addition, you can view and download invoices in the app by selecting “Trip history” from the menu.
