    Fleet management – what is it and how does it save you time?

    Fleet Management is essentially like full-service leasing, but with one difference – it does not have to include financing, it can only choose to provide services at the customer’s discretion. We’ll take care of everything for your car, from changing tyres to servicing.

    Fleet management is designed for people who already own a four-wheeler of their choice, but want to delegate the maintenance of their car. It’s perfect for the fast-paced private individual or business owner whose fleet management needs are getting out of hand. Or for those who simply want to divert their time from waiting at a checkpoint, for example.

    Similar to full-service leasing, Avis customers can also benefit from various discounts when using fleet management. We have a wide range of partners with whom we are happy to share agreed discounts with our customers, including laundry and fuel discounts.

    Digital solutions

    Both full-service leasing and fleet management services come with (if you choose this service package) Avis 24/7 car assistance – and the whole process can be done digitally if you wish. You can digitally order a tow and see on a map how far away the tow driver is – just as convenient as ordering an express taxi. The service works in Estonia and elsewhere in Europe. Digital solutions are also helpful when a minor “scrape” happens in the car park. You can call the Avis hotline and make a selection, after which you will receive a message with a claim form where you can describe the incident and attach pictures. This will save you up to 75 percent of your time. Further information about the incident will also be sent by phone. Information on the arrival of spare parts as well as possible repair times will be communicated.
