Administration of insurances and accident management
AVIS administers insurance policies and ensures valid motor third party liability and casco insurance for the vehicles throughout the entire period of use. AVIS comprehensively handles claims, from registering the incident to restoring the vehicle to its pre-accident condition. Within the scope of claims handling, necessary documentation is processed and repair work is organized.
Management of technical maintenances, repairs and services
AVIS administers and organizes regular technical maintenance, repairs, and other services. The AVIS service center offers technical support to the client, and the client can book times for technical maintenance and repairs and order other services.
Regular obligatory inspection
AVIS administers the validity dates of regular technical inspections and monitors when a regular technical inspection is needed, informing the client accordingly.
Regular technical maintenance
The costs of the vehicle's regular technical maintenance for the entire period of use, according to the vehicle manufacturer's instructions and agreed mileage, are included in the monthly leasing payment.
Tyre mounting and storage
AVIS organizes seasonal tire change and balancing 2 times a year. The person designated by the client or all vehicle users (according to agreed conditions) are informed about the start of the tire change season, and to arrange a time for the service, they must contact the AVIS service center.
Winter tires (4 pcs)
The cost of winter tires is included in the monthly leasing payment. AVIS ensures tires suitable for the season for the entire period of use according to normal wear and planned mileage if stipulated in the Agreement.
Fuel card administration
AVIS orders fuel cards, pays for consumed fuel, and prepares a monthly summary invoice for the client based on the fuel consumed.
FREE replacement car
A replacement car for the time when the contract vehicle cannot be used due to extraordinary repair work lasting longer than 1 business day. The replacement vehicle provided is not defined by a specific vehicle group and is chosen by AVIS. If the "door-to-door" service is available, the AVIS service team will deliver the replacement car to the client at the agreed location. Otherwise, the client can pick up the replacement car at the location designated by the AVIS service team.
Repairs according to normal wear and tear
The cost of repair work not covered by regular technical maintenance but corresponding to normal wear and tear (brake pads, brake discs, wiper blades, light bulbs) for the entire period of use according to planned mileage is included in the monthly leasing payment.
Door-to-door service
An employee and/or authorized representative of the AVIS service center will pick up the vehicle from the client and deliver it back to the client after the agreed services have been performed [incl. regular technical maintenance (1 time a year), tire change (2 times a year), technical inspection)]. The door-to-door service (vehicle placement) must be ordered in advance and only applies to the described services included in the contract or correspondingly described on the Agreement's first page. AVIS provides door-to-door service in the largest Estonian cities, including Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Jõhvi, Paide, Rakvere. For all cases outside the standard, a mileage fee will be added.

A replacement car for the time when the contract vehicle cannot be used due to extraordinary repair work lasting longer than 1 business day. The replacement vehicle provided will be comparable to the contract vehicle if possible. If the "door-to-door" service is available, the AVIS service team will deliver the replacement car to the client at the agreed location.
